01. COST ANALYSIS

Upload your most recent merchant statements (PDF or CSV) to uncover how much your business can save with LPT—and how much will be donated directly to support Bearkat student-athletes. If the results make sense for your business, move to step #2. If not, there’s no obligation to continue.

02. DISCOVERY CALL & APPLICATION PROCESS

Schedule a quick discovery call with our LPT team to explore your goals, ask questions, and find the best-fit processing solution. Calls typically last 30 minutes. Once we outline a tailored plan for your business, you’ll be invited to complete the short application.

03. UNDERWRITING & BOARDING

After your application is submitted, our underwriting team reviews it for approval and begins the setup process. You’ll provide standard KYC (Know Your Customer) information—something all processors require, but LPT completes upfront to avoid any future service interruptions.

04. YOU’RE APPROVED – SETUP, PROCESS, DONATE

Once approved, your account will be configured according to your custom plan. Within about 4–6 weeks of active processing, Sam Houston’s NIL collective begins receiving monthly donations from LPT in your name—automatically, with every transaction.
